REVTEK lift not LEVEL... Is it just mine?

Hey fellas, I have a revtek lift on an 04 SR5 matched with BFG's 265/70/17. My question is, after the lift (8 months or so now) My front is still 2 full inches lower than my rear. (38" R & 36" F) Is that normal? I have a T&H low bull bar but I doubt that would drop the fron 2" full inches?! Anybody have the time to take a glance at their REVTEK stance and let me know if you guys are seeing the same results... thanks

sounds normal. the only reason is because the stock 4runner is setup where the front sits a few inches lower. The lift you have adds a few inches in proportion front/rear so thus the same nose down stance.

Hey good times, I've seen a few pics here of 4runner's lookin' a little more "even" with the same lift. Do you think I can maybe gain an inch or so if I got a thicker 'preload' spacer from OME or stacked another top-out spacer on top of this existing one? Is this good idea or should I just drop the whole idea?

I measured from the bottom most point of the fender straight down to the ground.

I would recommend against stacking. If you want, just get a bigger top-out spacer.

I'm pretty sure the Daystar 1.25" front lift is a top spacer.

great find...Yeah on wheelersoffroad they mention it does just sit on the top. Now its just wether or not I want to go this route. THanks!

Thanks for the info good times. I am in the process of building a skid plate to replace the stack one.

That is the main reason I wanted to lift the front more. My truck rubs with the 285's already when i put some skids on there its gonna rub more. That was the reasoning behind lifting the front some more.

1. should I get a bigger top out spacer?

2. Save for a donohoe coils-overs and a 2in lift spacer on top.

3,???please help with some other choices!!!!!

Hey goodtimes, so do you think me adding 1.25 top out spacer and longer studs be at a safe height? If I added that my current height after install should roughly be 37.25" and the back 38". I would be going with the daystar spacer and I wouldn't be off roading too much... okay so I lied; more like non existent except for some deep puddles and trails.

Hey Truckhigh, how tall is your rig in the front... I think 37.25" would be just fine.... but what do I know?!

1. I suggest that you DO NOT stack spacers with coilovers.

2. Good to hear you're making skids YAY! btw, I've finally got in touch with my contact that initially made my skid for me and we're negotiating business and may have skids in production. It's all about price at this point.

3. Not sure if you want to mix daystar with revtek. I would suggest maybe toytec ? I dunno as I've never gone this route so I can't say for sure what is safe and what is not. Just remember that 3" up front and you really don't want to go any more. Maybe another 0.5" but even at that you're really limiting your uca's and those ball joints will go bubye with abuse.
