Rim/Tire Question

I found a good deal from a guy I work with on a set of rims and tires, but I'm unsure if they will fit, and I would hate to buy them and them not fit.

The rims are AR Fuel 6x5.5, 835" width, 18mm offset, and 5.46" backspacing. Tires are Nitto Terra's 285/60/18's. Will these fit on a non-lifted 5th gen? If not, will they fit with a Toyotec Ultimate kit? I was planning on doing the lift anyways at some point but this is a really good deal on the rims tires, so if they'll fit with the lift I may be forced to get the lift done now.

The +18 offset (as compared to the +15 offset of the stock wheels) and the tire's 285 section width (as compared to 265 stock tires) will push the inside of the tire 13mm closer to the upper control arm.

[(18-15) + .5(285-265)] = 13mm

The wider wheel will also push out the tire's section width by another 4-5mm per side as compared to stock. I would think you'd likely rub the upper control arm. Conversely, wheel adapters (spidertrax) will push the wheel/tire out by 30mm, likely causing the tire to rub the front fender liner or the body mount if you're not running a lift. The 285/60R18 is slightly shorter than the stock 265/70R17's, so you may not rub with the adapters. I haven't seen anyone on the forum run that setup so you'd have to try it out. I wouldn't buy the wheels and tires unless I test fit to make sure they clear.
