...... as in "what's that weird sound inside the cabin when I have the rear windows down? It sounds like, umm, wind buffeting around inside".

Step on the gas in a passing lane or just manually shift down one gear... Always happens to me when I do either one.

I drive a ton, I am not lacking in the heavy foot department. ;-) I've had the truck for two years this month, I would of smelled by now.

I know there's been a thread on this from Oct of 2010, but I was wondering/hoping that someone found a better solution to this problem since then, other than upgrading gas octane, moving exhaust and closing the back window.

I have a 2010 SR5 and get the smell in the cabin whether I have the back window up or not. However, like the others, I can't smell it if all windows are up. I just can't believe that we could spend this much money for a new car/truck and have such a problem.

I don't have this odor in my 2011 4R but a previous 2004 accord V6 I ownded had a rotten egg smell from the exhaust and Honda considered this a sign of cat converter failure and replaced it under warranty. Honda has released several TSB's regarding the rotten egg smell coming from the converter.

Actually, my rotten egg smell went away around 50,000 miles. I don't get it any more. There are 156000 on the truck now and I really can't remember the last time I smelt it.

Tailgate a lot
Front/rear/tailgate combo
Followed by front driver and tailgate only

Never had smell (besides me) in 2 years. What can I say otherer than no rotten eggs for me...
