Safari snorkel on a 5th gen?

Oh boy, mine should be in there too. Still kinda torn on install...It does look good on mag grey. It really takes a beefy rig to pull it off I think.

Yeah, when I called they were probably just looking at when the label was created but when I checked the tracking info they sent, it shows shipped this morning...none the less, we got one and I wasn't even planning on before yesterday it but hell! it was in stock...

Yep, got my tracking number and invoice today. It's on the way! Should arrive next Thursday.

Early February, before the 10th at least... you may want to stalk other retailers for availability in case they have stock coming.

I received my snorkel from OK4WD today. I ordered from Sierra on Feb 11th. I will becoming off their list so that should move someone up.

Got shipping confirmation. The wife said I shouldn't get a snorkel as she doesn't want to cross rivers. Didn't have the heart to say it's on it's way. Clearly some additional education is required before it arrives, Friday. Haha. :moon:

Has anyone made the safari snorkel fit a TRD intake?

I've searched and it seems that you can buy rubber couplers to get it to fit the FTS snorkel. I wonder if this is going to be the case with the Safari snorkel and TRD intake.

Anyone with any insight on this matter, I would greatly appreciate it.

Interested in the TRD fitment as well.

An arb rear diff breather should also be installed with a snorkel. This way your rear diff doesnt suck in water. Once you have that, your good to go. Dont go too deep. Remember you have electric under the seats and in the engine bay.

Fitment is perfect. No modification needed.
