Safari snorkel on a 5th gen?

Installed mine today, with the help of my son. It really isn't a hard mod. just take your time and double, triple, check your marks before cutting and drilling. And get new plastic clips to use in the fender liner, that way you can just cut out the old ones.

Looking good, & cutting the clips out does save significant time on the install.

I think its a preorder by TAP for the next shipment. Not sure if ARB is actually part of this, but this interest might be encouraging for them.

They're talking about getting something along the lines of a GB price below list (I think). If they can do it and get it low enough, I'm jumping on it.

Andrew, you'd be better off ordering from Josh. His order of 7 is 3 months past promised. I just don't see ARB sending any one vendor enough to allow the vendor to cut prices, plus ARB is notoriously strict with pricing. I'd hate to see you have funds tied up for months on a deal that won't likely happen.

Just a little bit of Jig Saw madness. Only shows about a quarter of the cut, but you get the idea, it's thin metal and not too difficult. You see where I got off line a little bit, backed it up and reestablished a good line. Turn the saw with slow pressure and it will follow the line pretty well. The blade was new also.

Very happy with the fit and the kit was pretty well thought out. Safari and LawnDart done good!

Yea the cover and a few inches of my exhaust had to be sacrificed after an aggressive move on a drop off. I bought the truck with damage to both bumper covers so no love lost. Fixed this seam more than a few times so I had enough.

I guess it wasn't that popular on the 4Runner for some reason. Scrub Oaks are taking they're toll though. As far as the Mall? I only go there for the diesel smoke and the country rap.
