sagging visor driverside?

Is there a way to fix a sagging driverside sun visor? You can push the visor up to the head liner but it will not stay is sags down between all the way down and all the way up. Its annoying when driving. This is the main visor with the mirror in the visor. Thanks MAC

No one has had this issue? It looks like the visor might need to be replaced since no screws to tighten the visor.

You don't state what year your ride is with this issue but I assume it's a 4th Gen ('03+) because you posted in this forum.

The visor on my '04 clips into a "holder" near the front of the headliner but it doesn't sag (pivot down) under it's own weight. I haven't seen any other owners complain about this around these forums. Are you out of warranty?

sagging visor

I have had the same issue with my driver side visor on my 2001 Limited 4Runner. its been that way for a few years now and I have just kinda learned to live with it. Im only 5'4" so it doesn't bother me, but when my boyfriend drives he sits higher up so he can't see as well. It has the built in remotes but I think I am just going to replace it with a regular visor. Does anyone know where to get one?

I tried using sticky velcro to keep it up but during the summer, the velcro glue melts and the visor falls again.
