Scion HU help for 1807 model

A member here has one for sale , I have a few questions , what does it look like ?? Will this work with my Factory installed XM ?? Will I be able to use my jack in the center counsel ?? Is that jack for hooking an IPOD up to it.

can someone give me specs on the T1807 ?? vs the T1806. Anyone have a pic of either ?

Its for my 06 Sport

yes to the aux jack and yes to the ipod and yes to steering wheel controls. I just made the change and I can say they both work as intended. You can see pix of the scion unit by searching ebay for "scion cd" The 1807 is the one with one center knob and no other knobs. 140 watts max power. plays wma and mp3 files. Made by pioneer. Yours is made by fujitsu. Assuming you do not have the jbl. You can probably pick one up for around $50 or so based on the glut of them on ebay and lack of bidders. If you plan on good speakers with an amp, do not bother with the scion, just amp yours and you will be ok, IMHO. The nice thing about the scion unit is you can add the scion subwoofer to it. In fact I think you can buy toyota's wiring harness and get a basic powered bazooka and you will have some thump for minimal cash. Good luck
