Yea, all of the city dwellers will be driving up here soon to see the fall foliage. That doesn't bother me, it's the weekend apple pickers that jam up the roads in my small town.

I lived in NY, NY for several years and I totally agree. I was on E. 20th near 1st
street and any driving I did was always out of the city in a rental and never the
daily grind-type driving I do now. Those people, for the most part, are less stressed than they’ve been in quite some time.

Water and mud will always be on top of the rocker panels. Spray some fluid film or wd-40 on there before hand. It's what I do.

I grew up in Queens & worked in the City on the night shift & used to drive the 4Runner to work every night. There are many places to park on the street after 4pm.

I will, I think I have about 2 or 3 years left on these door seals. Thats a good idea.

Thank You, how did your western US truck get so rusty? Was it from the natural salt in the grounds of Utah? My poly steering rack bushings dont squeak at all but my All-Pro UCA's just started last winter. I guess I should start using those zerks that came on them. LOL

I live in the Sat Lake Valley in Utah, here they salt the roads so heavily in the winter that they turn a cream white, It's way over the top salting of the roads so that people who don't prepare for the winter at all don't suffer the consequences nearly as bad. Our snowplows are also super lazy so normally the roads are a disaster and you splash/get massive amounts of salt on EVERYTHING.

We finally finished cleaning out the junk last Sat. 4 dumpsters worth of crap over the summer. Now we have to get some estimates on pouring concrete & fixing the roof.

Yes, that's me in the background. The guy in the red buggy paid my GF to take photos of his rig. He said he had none of it in action. She probably took around 100 photo's with her Nikon D3000. She e-mailed him low-res j-pegs when we got home, he approved them, sent the money to her PayPal & then she sent him all of the hi-rez files for download. I think she charged him around $30. Not bad.
