Separating the three piece bumper?

How do I do this? I need to get this done before I paint, as it'd just be a lot easier to do this than to mask it all off and what not. I did search, but mainly found people arguing about which models' bumpers do separate and which don't.

Edit: Would also like to separate the little silver valence piece on the front bumper, too.

Edit2: After snapping quite a few clips, I got it all out. hopefully these bolts are strong

Those clips are cheap. Glad I don't have to take it off after my accident last night, insurance is taking care of it.
