Sidebar on the right is taking up 50% of screen

Not sure what I did but when outbrain loads in the right sidebar the sidebar extends to half way across my screen. This seems to be tied to my user as it does not do that unless I am logged in. I can't figure out how to make it behave normally where it only takes a small bit on the right of the screen. Any ideas short of creating a brand new user? I have tried logging out and back in and deleting cookies.
