They are saying that 18mpg on the highway is normal. Why the hell do they say 22mpg highway on the window sticker if they can't back it up.
Also, can't duplicate the seat noise, so they can't replace it. Wonderful.
And it was just a leaf in the A/C....
Oh, and they are looking into the headlight issue, surprisingly.

The 22mpg is at approx 55-65 with no A/C. I average 18mpg, but got 20mpg going 80mph with no A/C on a 120mi trip yesterday. They advertise their best possible. Even though they are technically now supposed to be more real-world numbers than the down hill in neutral with the wind numbers they used to give.

It really depends on the way you drive. You may not like it, but that's the truth.
In mixed driving with lots of traffic here in Dallas, I'm getting 20.5.

Weird...I can only get 18 if I'm driving into a very strong head wind. Normally, I average about 21 on the highway at 75 mph. I also live in south Florida so our driving conditions are exactly the same. Stupid question, but I am assuming you are resetting he MPG gauge while driving on the highway, right?

+1. I've found the sweet spot to be about 65 mph for best mileage.
I filled up this morning before driving to work. I also went ahead and reset the mileage calculator after filling up.The station is about 4 miles from the highway, so after these 4 miles and driving the 19 miles down the highway, this was my reading:

Automakers are required to perform fuel economy testing strictly following an EPA procedure. They are required to report the results of that testing on the sticker -- the automakers don't have any choice about what appears on the sticker.

Yep, I see 30mpg+ all the time when watching my NAV-enabled chart. Then the downhill ends, and the uphill begins, and here comes 15mpg...
All that being said, driving on the 60mph roads in/out of austin that are very hilly and windy, I see about 17.5 on an average tank, thanks to all those stoplights.
My Frontier with 285/75 Duratracs was getting 13.5mpg on the same roads, fwiw.

Nope flat as a fart, no wind and I had the sunroof and rear window cracked. I average around 22 - 23 MPG generally, mind you I am a sucker for the eco bar graph thingy, almost like a game to me to try and not let it flash at me...

Just out of curiosity: are these actual calculations or are you relying on the built-in MPG to tell you those numbers?

I've found that the Toyota gauge is actually a bit more conservative with highway driving (it reports more fuel consumed than actual). It would be interesting to see what the actual calculations are if you remember to do it one time. I don't think I've ever heard of anyone getting that level of efficiency with these trucks. Also, what type of fuel do you typically use?

Regular gas, I'll try and remember next time I fill up, I like you think that the guage is conservative, remember I just filled up prior to getting on the freeway which is flat and my work is right off the freeway exit.
