Here she is boys, finished up a couple months ago. My buddies and I did all the work in the garage with the help of some tall, cool Budweisers.

First photo is how I bought the truck - bone stock 2016 SR5 4WD. Paid $34 even with ~11,000 miles.

Special thanks to V8er_Runner, we had very similar builds going and he helped me out with suspension specifics.

Here's the parts list, from the top down;

Roof Rack
Gobi Stealth with ladder - $1395 from Trail Duty (group buy)

Front Bumper
Slimline Hybrid Front Bumper with 25” light bar - $1227.99 from Southern Style Offroad
with Smittybilt X20 10K synthetic line winch and Prolink - $560ish for both (can't remember where I ordered it from)

Suspension
Front: B8 6112 Series Suspension Kit (47-259768) 0-2.5” (set at highest perch) - $591.99 from RaceConsultingAgency
left front: TP14 Front Top Plate Spacer (1/4”) - $34.24 from Toytec

Rear: B8 5160 Series Shocks (25-227611) - $346.26 from RaceConsultingAgency
with ARB 2895 0-2” OME coils - $186.77 from CARid

Shoes
Wheels: FN Konig Six Shooters - $899 from Dustin
BFG 285 A/T’s - $1131.09 from Discount Tire

I pushed the fender liners forward a bit, just barely rubs at full lock in reverse. Nothin to worry about.

Mods Total: $6,422.34

+

2016 SR5 4WD: $34,000

=

Grand Total $40,422.34

Feel free to shoot with the questions, I'll do my best to answer.

Very Nice! I love the subtle flat horizon in the stock photo, then the gigantic snow capped mountain vistas for the completed build pic's.

Looks real good man :bigok:

So lemme ask ya then, you didn't install UCA's? Where able to spec out your alignment? And what perch are you on with your 6112's?

I'm thinking of a VERY similiar build coming up soon and been looking for folks with your type of equipment to see how the stance looks.

I'm looking at 6112's upfront set for somewhere around 2-2.25" - 5100's in the rear (Changed my mind on the 5160's based on the warranty) and most likely a Wheelers T13 coil in the rear for 1.5" lift out back

Also do the 6112's feel good?

UCA's are stock. We used the ratchet strap method to get the fronts in. Alignment's good. Top setting on the fronts. They feel real nice. A bit stiff but you can really cruise on some shitty roads and it rides nice.

Damn I’ve been away for a while boys. The suspension is still holding out strong. The transmission overheating is the only limiting factor in my experiences so far!

As far as gas mileage goes, probably in the 18/20 mpg range. But those tires are worth every penny in extra gas!
