Just traded in my FJC ( Icon suspension, bajarack, etc) for a 2013 Trail in metallic grey with KDSS. Loving it so far! Traded for kid reasons as the FJC just is not child seat friendly. Got it last Wednesday (7/31) and did my first mod tonight- Bajarack! Not a hard mod, but much harder doing it by yourself. Hopefully with using lots of RTV silicone and thread tape on the bolts, it won't leak. I have Bilstein 5100's for the front and rear coming Friday plus daystar rear spacers for the rear to lift and level it out a bit. Have done tons of reading on this forum and learned a ton. It probably won't be heavily modded like many on here, but we'll see what happens! Pics-

I can't tell from the pic. Is that a complete replacement for the existing rack, or the Mule(?) that bolts on to the existing rack? Looking forward to watching your build. I'm headed in the same direction.
 
Thanks DWC. It's a complete replacement for the stock rack. When you look at install threads on this- mine was a little different. Most had to pop off covers to expose 2 bolts at each rack foot. Mine did not have this, but had 2 exposed bolts at each corner; had to use the "star" ratchet fitting to get them out (I forget the proper name for it at the moment). I actually had one since I had to buy one to remove the rack off the FJC when I installed a Bajarack on that one. Anyway, next up comes the Bilsteins!

That's the difference between the TE rails and the SR5/LE ones.

Thanks. Next up for me are MetalTech sliders, if they ever get around to sending them. Ordering 5100s today and hopefully getting them installed next week. Lastly for this year are Silent Armors. Then I'm going to take a winter break....

Sure! Big Rush fan. Snowdog from the song By-Tor & the Snowdog. YYZ is another Rush song. Plain old Snowdog was taken on another forum, so this one stuck.
