The interior is kind of rough, but nothing that can't be fixed!

I flew into West Palm Beach International. The owner picked me up at the airport, I paid the money, he signed the title over, I went to the DMV and got temporary tags, and I was on my way back home!

Haha! the pictures are deceiving, you can't see the driver's seat is torn up real bad.

It's 2.5" front, 3.5" rear I believe.

I'm planning on selling the FJC wheels, and getting a set of Stealth Custom Series F-5's in matte gunmetal eventually.

The chrome has got to go. I have a lot of plans for this vehicle. First things first though, I need to sell the truck I have in my build thread, and redo it with this truck. Since I have the lift, brakes, and all the basics installed I don't have to worry about those parts and move on to bigger better things.

Paint chrome bumpers
Remove wood trim on the interior
Bigger tires
Figure out a way to get that roof rack mounted a little lower so I can park in garages (any ideas?)
Undercoat the undercarriage (So the vehicle stays Florida RUST FREE)
Replace leather seats with cloth seats or get seat covers

I've been looking at replacing the HVAC controls with one from an 01-02 with he rotary knobs. Is this possible? Can anyone shed some light on this? I promise I did a search and couldn't find any clear answer other than Singtoe saying you can do it.
