Soft Suspension 2012 SR5

What sugestions do y'all have for tameing the nose dive on my 4Runner. Its a little soft on routine driving as well. Really do not want to do anything that will void the warrenty. Thanks everyone!

FYI, "nose dive" is one of the most popular topics on the 5th gen thread. It's right up there with "stubby antenna" and "will these tires fit".
