When I spoke with them last week they said 4-5 weeks. FWIW I purchased one last Friday.

That’s their standard response in case they get very busy. I got mine in 10 days.
When one of you get it, can you post a pic of the clear vinyl tape. Mine did not come with one and I want to buy it and to install it under the wind fairing rubber to protect the roof paint.

That looks great! I am planning to get a roof top tent with my tax return...awning to follow. Still on the fence between hard top or soft.
10 days would be awesome but they did state they were waiting on some material.

Bishop, here is what to expect:
SSO packs the rack pretty solid with plywood sides and serious foam
Although the box was scrapped by FedEx
The parts were intact
The inventory list was short on small screws
But I informed them and they promptly sent the difference. I was told SSO fixed the inventory list and you should be ok.
I had few issues installing the wind fairing and I was told they fixed the problems and made the adjustments and few redesign items and you should be ok here too.
You can either install the rack on the truck per instructions you will be getting it or IKEA together on a flat surface and then mount it as one piece on the truck.
I started with removing the truck’s OEM rack.
Check YouTube on removing the end caps
And take your time removing the bolts otherwise you will end up with parts in headliner
Get silicone
And press the aluminum spacers in per instructions
What I did, I used the OEM bolts to secure the spacers. Use a plier to hold the spacer otherwise it will rotate the silicone and damage the water seal
Do this with all 8 bolts and let it dry. By the time you’re done with the 8th bolt, the first one should be dry and you can mount the brackets
I did put silicone on each bolt to water proof it
From here on it should be fairly simple
Side rails:
Wind fairing:
Cross bars:
And voila [emoji4]

Looks good. Are those the ARB mounts? And do you feel that two are enough for the 2500 or would you recommend three?

Rhino Rack awning mounts. They are sold in pairs (~$55 a pair) so I used 4. The mounts themselves are very sturdy, so I wouldn't have had a concern with only 2. But with only 1/2" long anchor bolts (restricted by depth of slots) I wanted a minimum of 3 and since I had 4 I used all of them. Longer bolts would have required drilling and I'm not ready to drill on the crossbars just yet.

One more thing re brackets installation. I would put the OEM rubber washers in between the aluminum spacer and the SSO bracket and add a regular (or lock) washer between the SSO bracket and the bolt.
Moving the rubber washer to the spacer will increase the water proofing. I did not have issues with water in the headliner but this is what I will do next time I have some free time.

Links no good. What bolts are you looking to replace? The 1/4-20 button heads? They are 5/8" long.
