Anybody try one of these or something similar after installing larger tires? Seems nice to get accurate MPH and MPG again.

I had something similar in my 4th gen and also my Tundra. Don't remember the specific ones for either but they worked as advertised.

It will work by intercepting the ABS speed sensor signals from each of the wheels and modifying the signal. Pretty simple, but I wouldn't personally introduce 3rd party electronics (especially Rough Country) into my vehicle for not much actual gain. If anything goes wrong with that setup, you are going to get a CEL and 4wd will be disabled.

Older Toyotas used a speed sensor from the transfer case which you could intercept in the same way, but just one signal instead of 4, and wouldn't necessarily set a CEL.

Yep. On the 5th gen the only option is to tap inline of the sensors and signal modification, since there is unfortunately no ability to calibrate, like on other makes.

If my calculations are correct it doesn't look like my speedo if off by much with my 285 ko2, just 2.2%.
