Actually, did a little reworking to drop the weight even more and add some reinforcement to make it even more ridged but all kitted out at just over 100 lbs and refined parts. was due back from powder today but looks like Monday. Diffs/ lockers threw us for a bit of a loop but they are finally built inside my own diffs and being installed tomorrow with the dual battery setup, twin arb compressor and aux fuse box... Sorry guys. Added a little time but believe it or not it even looks better than the one you've all seen! Didn't think it was possible until I saw it in person last week. Get your wallets ready.
 
I would be very interested in seeing how much weight savings there would be in aluminum vs steel. For me a bumper is mostly a looks thing anyways, and there's a very small chance it would ever be used on anything more than dirt/gravel forest trails and the beach anyways lol

Shoot Luke an email and ask. Since my truck is the design truck, I don't know what the production pricing is. It is going to be released and I know Luke has built 3 so far. I know one of the others is spoken for, mine is the final revision and the pricing is probably in line with Shrockworks. I hope to have final pics for everyone Monday. Here's the deal. It is done, but since we had a little snafoo with the front locker my axles are still apart. Should have the part I. The AM. The bumper looks awesome! Just doesn't seem right posting when you won't be able to see it in all the glory. Sorry guys. Last minute issues suck but sometimes they can't really be helped. This bumper has come out better than I hoped!

At this point I think we're all expecting a live stream of your truck with a big sheet thrown over the top that will be pulled off by two speeding ducatis when a large timer hits zero.

Haha just kidding, can't wait to see it!
 
Since I couldn't get the ducatis for the reveal I figure what the heck... you waited almost as long as me... actually, that part isn't true. However, when I saw these, I stopped minding. I did all the waiting so you can get yours faster!

Guys, this is all I have at the moment. Enjoy. 106lbs total weight. I will get more pics when I can. Go order them up from Luke. The line is already forming.
 
Finally, looks sick dude!! I bet you're stoked. I take it there's a light bar in that center void? Are there other options for fill there?

Options are fairly endless. Might just leave that open for easy access to the winch controls. The light bar is behind the grill. I will get said pics when I can. Right now, waiting for diffs to go back in so we can put her back together and get better shots and even more important...let me get it back.
 
Update with a couple more pics

Here are a few more. I will be picking it up tomorrow after the diffs are installed and the wheels are put back on! Super excited. I will be finishing up some minor details later but I have wheeling plans for next week so gotta break it in!

I'm looking forward to seeing it on the ground. Can't really say I am digging the lower part, but it might just be the cardboard stuffed in behind the mesh making it stand out.
What happened to the washer bottle, and are those the power steering lines that are sticking way out, unprotected?

Any provision for upper hoops to protect the headlights?

I agree with the lower part. Otherwise not bad looking. Good job goes out to the gang at 4x4 Labs.

It does look much better on the ground. Washer is relocating to behind passenger headlight. The lines are being clipped and rerouted in the AM behind the bumper. Those are low pressure lines. They will be fully protected. It looks lots less imposing without the stark white there to protect as it will tie all in once everything goes back together. The new bottom was designed to save weight since we decided to add reinforcements. I'll have more pics and it will look better. The bumper is really looks good either way. No plans for a hoop for me. I don't plan to need it that much. Luke can do it for you if you want one.
 
Got it all back! Love it. Only a couple bad night shots as it was already night.




I'll get more in daylight tomorrow.
