what's this thing do to your MPG? can't find an answer on that

I can only imagine it makes it worse. The factory mapping is an attempt to increase the mileage by not allowing you the throttle response you desire. I plan to install one and accept the mileage hit to gain the throttle response. These are not efficient vehicles. Coming from a 5.7 liter, Tundra the fuel efficiency isn’t much better. The engine has to work harder.

It actually depends how you drive it. When you 1st plug it in, everyone is amazed and how quick it is, no more delay, no more planning when to pass someone, just do it! Drive with heavy foot mpg drops like a rock. Drive conservative and you can get an increase in mpg. Myself and many others in this thread have seen increase in mpg, key is drive lightly. bonus for me is ability to pull onto a busy street without waiting for a 100 yard head start

I have put about 5 tanks of fuel through my truck since installation. There has been no statistically significant change in MPG for me.

It's not DOING anything to your mileage!
It doesn't change anything in your ECM.

It doesn't increase horsepower or anything of the sort.
It changes reaction times only.

Drive with it normally and your mileage will not change.
Drive it like you now have a race car and it is not changing mileage, you are!

Let me ask, do you have the booster? Alot of armchair mechanics make claims off what they think, not what they know

It's been helping. Most getting close to 1 more mpg. I don't sell this or promote it for gas mileage gain, but I've now had people buy this JUST for the mpg increase.

Yep, when you first get it you will be flooring it more. Give it a few tanks and you'll see what you get. On trips will see it more.

That's good to hear man. Very cool to have that added bonus. When people started mentioning that I've had a few people call to buy it just for that reason, but again, its fixes a much more serious issues and that's the LAG. It eliminates it 100%

I installed the Sprint Booster and the S&B Intake yesterday. A quick run around the neighborhood after the Sprint Booster but before the intake and I could notice how much more responsive the throttle response was. With the intake on, she just seems to spin up a bit quicker also. Definitely a nice growl at about 1/2 throttle and even more brutish at 3/4 or more.

I have to admit, the fit of the S&B on my '19 TRD ORP left a bit to be desired. But it's on and no CEL after about 35 miles.

Awesome, glad you like it. And this WILL make your 0-60 times faster, at least in this truck. I've had two customers tell me it's about close to .5 sec faster to 60. Remember, you are just eliminating the delay that the factory programming has built in, so it makes sense it will go faster to 60, the reaction time is GONE.

Normally, you'd have to add a supercharger or a Turbo to make a car shave off .5 seconds 0-60... It's the reaction time that's super sped up. Not every car gains as much, and I know people in 4Runners's aren't concerned with 0-60 times but that quicker reaction time of the pedal is what this does. The new Tacoma and 4Runner suffer from this same thing. Even if you google: 4Runner throttle hesistation, Tacoma throttle delay, laggy gas pedal, you will see people complaining.

That reaction time, when merging on highway for ex, that amount of time could be the difference of an accident or not. But again, if anyone is skeptical, you can try it out and if for any reason you don't like it, I'll let you send it back, no restocking fee. I've just had many happy customers with this and it gets them to want to come back and order other items later due to the good experience.

Here's a customer I sold a Sprint Booster to for his Lamborghini. Yes, same issue with the throttle delay. Now, these guys are kinda hard to convince because when you own a lambo, you think you have the best car made and it doesn't need anything.
