Squeaky power steering

WHen i bought my 4runner, the power steering was squeky when I would turn the wheel, I could hear the belt going and making rubbing/squeaking noises. All the belts were obviously worn so I replaced them. However, the power steering belt still screeches a little bit when I crank the wheel left or turn the wheel to the right at all. I tightened it twice since I put it on thinking it might just have stretched but it is still doing it. What should I do next?

I put grease where the puley meets the power steering pump but it still makes noise. The reason I thought it was the belt is because there is a certain point in the revolution that it makes noise, and if I go faster the noise happens more frequently.

Don't turn the wheel all the way to the lock. The sound is normal when you hold the wheel all the way to the end. Just release little bit. These P/S pumps lasts forever.

One guy mentioned to me that low quality belts will do this sometimes. Read the posts in the thread I posted and see if any of that helps.
