Squealing 4Runner

Hey - my rig has developed quite a loud squeal recently. It only occurs when I am cruising and it mostly happens when it's cold (<35). I checked the belts and all looked good. I stopped by the local garage to ask what they thought and they checked and tightened the belts, but still the squeal persists.
Just wondering if anyone has had (or has heard of) a similar issue. Thanks.

I had the same issue that you seem to be describing...in my case the bearings in my water pump were shot and my pump was leaking also. If this is the case and your around 90k, I'd suggest you get your timing belt replaced while they're in there so they don't have to rip it all apart and cost you 2x the maintenance costs

It is while coasting and I am at 93k. I was farting around on my way to work and the noise goes way when I down shift into second gear (auto trans)...
