Hum.... I think they are trying to take you. They (The Stealerships) are all about the up sell. They try this crap with me every time I take my 99 in. Last time I went they told me it needed about 1500 worth of work done to it. Granted they did find some things wrong with it that I didn't know about. I fixed there 400 quote for 40 bucks. Now the gaskets on the valve covers is going to be a little more but not for 800 bucks. It seems like you are doing fine man. Just don't buy into there BS unless you can see it broken. PS The DieHard Plat. batty is the shit! I love mine!

I don't disagree with that statement, but for like $10 a bottle; it doesn't hurt to throw it in the fuel system every 20-30k on a brand new car as preventative maintenance to keep the injector system clean.

2011 LE....39k+ miles on mine. Stealership did me the same thing last month. Cabin filter I changed at 15k miles, bought it at Walmart, less than $15., they (dealership) even offered to replace my air-filter, $39.99, bought one at Advance Auto for $19.99, practically same filter. Fuel Injector Cleaning? I'm guilty as some guys above, I use both Seafoam and Chevron Techron, at a pretty regular pace too, have been for years, probably every 3 to 4k miles I'll add a bottle to all cars, wife's Lexus, my Corvette, and the 4Runner, haven't had any negative impact from it. No battery problem here yet. :thumb:
