I was wondering if the polished lip of the aluminum is clear coated? I have raw aluminum rims on my motorcycle and they are a nightmare to keep up. If they get road salt, even residual salt left on the road during summer months on them, they start pitting and fast. I scrub them with aluminum polish and #0000 steel wool 4 times a year and would not think of purchasing raw/ un-coated aluminum again. If they are clear coated I would like to buy the stealth with the flat black and polished lip with trd center cap. Can you offer this as a package deal or send me a link to the correct part number of the center caps?

When things get closer, we will be doing a one-time group buy so don't miss out. Late April is the time frame.

I'm glad you were able to visit our site. We're constantly updating it so check it out everyone once in a while.
Our standard finish will all feature a gloss black "ring" and not the machined ring that you're referring too. We might offer this in the future as a limited finish, but I can say for sure when. It would definitely be clear coated for better protection. I hear you on the raw aluminum polished stuff. I've had my fair share of nightmares and headaches of trying to upkeep it, never again:cheers:.
We will not offer the SR8 with gloss black on gloss black. You'll like the gloss black ring on the matte black face when you see it. The color contrast will look great on any 4Runner.

Damn, even the SR8s are spoken for? I was hoping to get a look in person before I bought them. Guess I'll be waiting for October or at least pictures from this shipment to make my decision. Looking forward to seeing what they look like mounted with tires.

That was a reply to the Stealth 6 wheels only. We have not taken any orders for the SR8 yet.
