Steering Rack Guide Part Numbers...?

So yesterday, I ordered up the parts needed to rebuild my steering rack guide.

The part numbers, the ones I got from a link on here, were for a 1999 4Runner.

I ordered them, and got an e-mail back that reads:

Hi Alex,

Your order has been received. Upon reviewing your selected parts, there were discrepencies in three selections according to the VIN # provided. I went ahead and adjusted the part #'s for you so that the parts ordered coincide with the VIN # provided. Please contact us ASAP if you wish to return the order to your previous selections. You will receive another email when your order is ready to be picked up.

If I see this right, she did NOT change part numbers, she just changed the prices...

Possible she forgot to add the new part numbers? Maybe she's buying a v-day gift on your dime.:girl:

I think I remember reading in a thread about this that there was a revision in the design of these parts for the newer models, but there are interchangeable so long as you change them all to the new parts. I can't view yotatech from work for some reason, but check out the thread on there.

Odds are she forgot to update the part #'s.
