Steering Wheel Emblem removal

Anyone know if you need to take apart the whole steering wheel to remove the nice shiny Toyota emblem?

I've taken the steering wheel apart .
It's part of the airbag assembly and you can't get to the backside to see how it's held on unless you blow the airbag.
It might be glued on but if you try to pry it off it may break.
You could always spray it with plastidip!

i'd give em a call and see if they can ship some to you. alternatively you could have some friends ship some to you or bring it up with them when they visit.
