Steering wheel vibration poll -- responses appreciated

at a loss at this point. have a 2018 orp with dobinsons twin tubes, spc upper control arms, falcon wild peaks, prinsu alpha tent, slim line bumper and winch. I've had everything on my 4runner like a week after I got it a little over a year ago. drove it all over the place last summer. took it out to Utah this past June didn't do anything that crazy out there. with in the past couple of weeks I get a wheel shake while braking from 60-50 and slight vibration at all speeds some worse than others. so trying to narrow things down I've done pads and rotors all the way around same issue. got an alignment same issues. got tires road forced balanced and force mounted one tire same problem. and today my buddy let me borrow his wheels and tires of his tacoma and still nothing. I'm startling to think the valving might have crapped out in my struts and or springs are worn out bc I was getting pretty bad cupping on the rear tires. any one els run into this issue. need help please

Man I am sorry to hear that. I had the EXACT same issue in relation to shaking bad while braking from 60-50 and if I drove at about ~65 mph I had pretty decent shake. I had some ridge grapplers. I got lucky however and the shaking subsided once I swapped out for new tires. From the sounds of it in this thread, its going to be a crap shoot trying to figure out what is causing it...

I had some vibration with Lexani all weather tires, balanced them and it improved but was still there a bit. I just put BF K02's on and practically no vibration - very happy. They balanced and did a wheel alignment.

I had severe steering wheel vibration while braking at high speeds. I don't remember how much vibration I had while just cruising at highway speeds.
Anywho, I had the rotors turned and got brand new oem pads and that cured all vibration.
The pads were not oem, but it looked like the rotors were. Maybe the rotors are prone to warping? I supposed if they were warped enough, it could cause some vibration even when not applying the brakes

Mine was vibrating very bad at 55-60 mph.
KO2's are pretty worn. My local specialized shop said in the majority of cases, it's tire related. I was worried about the steering rack.
That being said, I changed out my inner and outer tie rods and upper ball joints in my Camburg UCA's. Test drive and everything seemed fine. Also throwing new Yokohama Geolanders (285/75s) on as well.
The shake happened instantly when I took off my Total Chaos LCA's and went back to factory stock LCAs (New). Apparently the aftermarket LCAs can hide some of the vibration as well. It was very evident after.
So hopefully with changing the tie rods, ball joints and new rubber - it'll be back to normal.

22 Pro with <500 miles.
Steering wheel shake @ 55 and rear shake @ 75 with the 265 nittos.
Dealership told me it was the offset of the pro wheels...I'm having them balance all 4 next week...
