Stupid question ('95)

Hey guys,

I'm new here obviously but have sort of a stupid question and I figured yall would be the best place to get an answer. I have a '95 4R SR5 V6 with the Reese tow hitch and I'm having serious trouble finding the spare tire wench. The slot in the bumper that I thought was supposed to house the tire wench isn't connected to anything. The tire is still attached by the wench but cannot for the life of me figure out where. Doesn't help that the harsh northern winters have not been kind to her so there is a bit of rust.


Any help? Sorry for the long post.

there is a tool for the tire winch

Under neath the rear seat should be a slotted long handle that serves the jack screww and the tire winch.. Your winch night be rusted solid- PB blaster might help to free it up. If not you will have to cut it out.
