Suggestions for my 86 t4r?

I have a 1986 4runner typical 4cyl 5 speed. as of now i have 31" tires, 2" of lift, long tube header, interior the way i want, and a smittybuilt bumper for the front. any suggestions for further mods?

it depends on wht you wanna do rock crawing or serious off roading usually sas there trucks but if our more in to exploreing and expedtions

I would take a look around your 4runner and see if there is anything that you don't like about it. Is there anything on it that kind of make you think that "I wish I had this" or "I wish this didn't do that"?

You should modify your vehicle to suit your needs and wants. Customise it to yourself.

Or, to be more serious, yes there are probably mods that you haven't heard of that you might consider "must have". But without knowing what you have or haven't heard of, or knowing what you consider "must have", I'm afraid we're not going to be much help.
