The sunroof will close just fine as long as i am rolling. When i am stopped i can let it run all the way to the wind guard, stop it then I have to bump it closed. If I just let it go then it goes all the way to the wind guard and returns to open. Any one else have this problem , hmmm i wonder because the service rep says that they never heard of this before no problems with the sunroofs. I call foul. My 2010 sr5 had some similar issues.

Re-initialize the sunroof- mine did this before. The instructions are in the owners manual, I can't find them right now. Still looking...

MY 2011 SR5P has this issue too. I've had this issue for almost a year now. I'm going to give antman's post a try later today to see if it'll fit the problem.

Thanks a ton. It worked perfectly 1st try. This kinda stuff just tweeks my brain

I didn't know this was a thing! I had my sunroof blow out a few years ago (from a bad vibration generated from having the rear passenger windows down but nothing else). Replaced the sunroof but since then haven't been able to close it without 'bumping' the switch.

Never really bugged me but I'll try re-calibrating. Awesome post.
