Supercharger decals w/ no Supercharger(poser?)

Hello, I'm new to the forum and know u should check threads before starting one...is there somewhere I can just keyword Supercharger to get where I needed? Anyways, I just bought my 4runner and it has K&N airfilter and aftermarket exhaust, but no SC. U guys have opinion on is that being a "poser"? Should I remove the decals cause I don't plan on getting the SC...Thx

Personally, whether my car/truck has a supercharger or not, I wouldn't advertise it with a decal.

Take it off. I hate supercharger decals, even if it actually had one.

I would take it off based on the fact that it may single you out as a "performance driver" for police to pull you over. They may just want to have a look at the vehicle, inspect for any illegal mods, etc. In any case, don't give police any reason to be interested in your vehicle.

Driving around with a "TURBO" badge across the back of my Supra caused many police cars to follow me: run my plates to see the history (see if there's a reason they should pull me over), or just wait for me to do something dumb. I even had cop cars do a U-turn to follow me.

I never actually got pulled over but lots of my friends do, with regularity.

Don't give them an inch, is my advice.
