Has anyone seen this installed or have one on their truck?

Looks pretty horrible to me. Toyota designers spent a lot of time designing the front end, and making sure everything is very visually balanced. When I look at the photos on the site, it just looks very cheap and tacky.

T-Rex actually makes a pretty nice product. The only problem with the 4Runner ones is that they are "overlays". You can still see the factory honeycomb grill behind it. It's best to find a company that requires cutting the factory grill.

That does look bad. I do like the look of those new rigid grills. But man that costs a bit.
