Awesome Mike, I look forward to meeting you.

142db? Wow, and I thought my Stock sound system was too loud, what was I ever thinking :headslap:

The Pavillion has outlets, I will also bring some blank CD's in case some people request copies.

We'll have a guest book at the main table asking for people to write their name and 4runner year/model, and the laptop will be playing some sort of heavy metal music in the back ground on a loop and presenting lots of offroading pictures in a slide show presentation. So please do bring your Laptop and the the outlet AC/DC adapter.

If any one else here has a laptop, please bring it as a back up in case we should need it.

I'd love to go but I'm having trouble walking, I'm scheduled for a back surgery pre-test on 5/12. Sitting is no problem; will there be much walking?

Koz,
the place is very accesible, you can chill all day at the shelter, by the large grill if you want to. preety much the area around the parking lot leading to the shelter and restrooms is flat.
I'll be manning the grill for a while and then after lunch (1:00pm) we'll hold the "BEST IN" contest.

Make sure you bring a confortable chair, like the type that fold and carry in a bag, all there is in the shelter are large picnic tables.

I look forward to meeting you and some of the Jersey crowd

Later

Dax-
Do you have a street address so I can put it into my Nav unit?

I could not find an actual address to the park, but if you can find this Brunswick Zone Bowling Alley at
8419 Baltimore National Pike, Ellicott City, MD 21043
you will be within a mile of the park's entrance (coming from 29 that is)
Direcctions According to me
Coming from 95 North:
Take 695 towards TOWSON
695 to 70 West
70 West to 29 South
29 south to 40 east
As you drive down on 40 east, you'll see a Honda dealer (Odonnell Honda ) on your left, cotinue thru a couple of lights, you'll pass the Brunswick Zone Bowling Alley(on your right), entrance is on the right about a mile past the bowling alley.

Coming from 95 South:
Take 695 towards Catonsville
695 to Rt. 40West
On Rt. 40 West (right after you pass "Russell Toyota") you'll drive on a long downhill, once you go over the bridge the park entrance on your right.

Direcctions as per the State Park Website.
Hollofield Area - From the Beltway (I-695) take Rt. 40 West (Exit 15). Follow Rt. 40 West 2 miles to the park entrance on the right.

From I-70/Rt. 29 take Rt. 29 South (Exit 87) to Rt. 40 East 2 miles to the park entrance on the right.

IT IS GOING OT RAIN ON OUR PARADE

But the meet most go on! :)

Getting something like this to take off as it has allready is hard work. There will never be a right time to meet, so we have to make it happen.

With that said, I'll be there waiting for you guys and most likely I'll fire up the fireplace in the shelter.

One thing is for sure, our trucks are going to be clean ;)

If you want to know what the weather looks like in that area go to your favorite weather website and type Zip code 21043

It's time to meet :rocker:

All right You guyyss

I have a bit of a Shiraz Wine buzz going on right now, and I am beggining to freak out a bit.
The FN weather is not helping out my current state of mind. I am beginning to have serious doubts that not many of you will show up and it is beginning to worry me a littttlle bit. So please, let me know if you are going to brave the elements and come hang out and at least put a face with a name ( cause I don't want to just stare at the Toyota Dealership guy and the BF goodrich Guy with like 96 hotdogs on the grill).

I am a firm believer that "if you build it they will come" So this goes out to all of you.

I am building it, will you come?

Disclaimer: Again I have a nice wine buzz going on right now.
