True! They do get a little dusty, but there are drain holes in the bottom. A quick squirt and they are clean.
They are outside the seal for the hatch so no dirt can get inside the truck!

haha we're used to it. My bmw was black on black leather. Its hot but we do park in the shade and garages so its not really that big of a deal. Good AC is worth more than anything. AC seats would be awesome.

Still very conflicted.
2014 is growing on me. Loving the headlights and the minor interior changes. But then again, once they come out, maybe I can get a Limited for a few thousand less than what I would've gotten it if the 2014 wasn't a new body style.
Decisions decisions. I sold my BMW and am currently driving the boat hauler (1998 Suburban 4x4 with 250k on it...), sitting on some cash and really want to snag the new truck. Also not sure if I can wait for the 2014!

I have an LE and a TE.
I'd get the LE over the TE because it has full time 4WD. All the time at all speeds. It also has a proper center diff and won't bind up on you if you're on pavement and have to turn.
I lifted the front end of my wife's LE with a Toytec spacer and put on some FJ Cruiser 17" steelies and 285/70R17 BFG TA/KOs for snow, mud, rain, and off road (this is a near identical setup to my TE except for the wheels).
The interior is nicer and leathery and there's really nothing off-roady about the TE that I regularly use that I'd miss on the LE. Once we get to Colorado, I'll probably be looking to swap the TE for a limited just for the rain and snow full time 4WD.

Keep in mind that the 2014 Limited has new colors and I heard somewhere there is gonna be a new upscale "redwood" leather color or something.
That new Limited looks fine to me, and the changes are good enough that I would wait if I could:
2014 LE Has:
- Projector Headlights (are they gonna be HID?)
- New fancy leather colors and new paint colors (Metallic black sounds bad ass)
- WAY better interior dash material, the silver in the 2010-13 is absolute crap that scratches
- Cooler gauges
- Cool new gunmetal wheels
I always appreciate Toyota's mid-cycle refreshes, and I despise having the "old one". Don't sell yourself short, if you get a 2013 you will be driving around one day and pass a dude in a swagged out 2014 and go
2010 LE here in black with tan interior. I don't care for the big *ss chrome bar on the 2014 LE, but very happy with mine. Most SR5 guys change suspension in order to get a better ride. My wife says the LE rides like a Cadillac; Very smooth and comfortable. I just changed to a Icon Stage 6 after 3 years in anticipation of the extra weight of shrockworks skids and a bumper.
Love the Optitron gauges. That was a big selling point for me. the Navigation is leagues better than what's in the wife's R32, but as said, your phone is cheaper and just as good (or better is some cases), so that's not as much a point for me anymore as it once was.
I like having the extra luxuries, and for what I throw at the truck, the LE handles it just fine. I only added sliders and changed to the TRD wheels before I did the Summit, and it handled it just fine (did bang up the fuel tank skids pretty well).
If you end up getting more serious about offroading/overlanding, then you will mod the vehicle regardless of what version you get; so you might as well go with what gives you the most pleasure while you figure out what direction you want to take it.
