I fabricated a stainless counter for the sink and coffee machine this morning. I needed a small sink so I used the catch tray from an emergency eyewash station I'd been saving for years. I picked up a sink drain and had to modify the opening so it would fit in flush. To match the curve, the hole ended up bigger than the nut that holds it in place. I found a large merchant gas pipe coupling and cut a ring off with a carbide saw. It even self-aligns with the nut since it is countersunk.
I cut out the stainless from the bottom to drop the sink in flush and used some painters tape to mask off and make silicone gaskets for everything. Adding an extra bend on the back splash makes it look really solid.

I got the sink and counter trial fitted. It still needs cabinets and a faucet so I'll be figuring out a water supply and catch system. I also painted a new color this morning. The brown was originally for my 98 which had brown in the paint when the light hit it right. Since I'm keeping the truck silver, I thought I'd try a flat grey. I think it'll help the transition from modular portions to the factory body. Ran out before I finished so I still have a few pieces left to cover.
Also, here's a pic with the small door opened. It makes a great table on job sites.

What are you planning on doing with the old tail light spots? Leave them or fill them in with something?

I'm building aerodynamic storage boxes for an air line and tow straps. The very bottom will be recessed steps. They will also support larger mud flaps. That's been the difficulty, blending the two styles together cleanly.

Thanks. It's not foil tape, it's melanine lol. It's temporary while I build the top and sides. All the sheet metal patches between are temporary too. I'm just glad it hasn't leaked in the rain yet.

haha right on. If i can make a suggestion, if you cut and rewelded the doors right at the top of where the tail light ends, it would pretty much follow the lines of the body and be less to fill in.
