TE guys..how do I remove these hooks from rack?

The adjustable hooks on outside of rails. How do I remove these without taking rack apart?? I do not see any other TEs with them.

You have to take off the plastic cover on the rear of each of the rails. If you get up on a ladder(or stand on the rear bumper) and look on the inside of the rails you will see where they come off.

It just comes off with a flat head screwdriver, or small pry tool. Then you just loosen the hooks up, and slide em off!!!
