I've been trying to figure out a way to avoid going back to a pickup truck for a few months now. My attempts ended when my local Toyota dealer took in a 2013 Nautical Blue Tacoma Double Cab TRD Off Road with 3500 miles on it. I had to do it! I saved 4K over the price of a new one and got a decent trade-in for my 2011 4Runner. I hate to see it go, but I really needed a truck. I'm not going to rip apart the 4Runner like some other "farewell" posts I've seen here. I loved my 4Runner. Anyway, let me close by saying that this is by far the most friendly, supportive vehicle enthusiast forum I've ever been a member of. Thanks, everyone!

I prefer a SUV to a pickup for the interior space, but if I was looking at a pickup, the Taco is the way I would go as well. Congrats.

Camper shell being ordered today, N-Fab steps on their way. I'm not planning on too much more, definitely not messing with the suspension.
