Great info. Any specific info on what year range/ drivetrain to look for when buying the injectors? I have been debating replacing/ upgrading my injectors at the point I send off my s/c to get it rebuilt at a shop.

if you can zoom in on the pic, you can get the part number.
when i was searching for the rubber seals, i just guessed a 1990 non-turbo supra and got the right part.
I bought my injectors off ebay, so just did a part number search. Otherwise, i guess you could go for late 80's thru mid 90's supra?

I am very pleased with how these are working for me.

So after hooking back up my 7th injector I when for a drive home from work I usually commute fwy back and forth to work so I was able to do this pull from vacuum into boost up to 8.5 psi as you can see my afr also pegs pretty rich on the gauge about 10 or lower at the 8.5 psi. The gauge is an aem failsafe afr/ boost gauge.

Any ideas guys I have checked the vacuum lines for any leaks but don’t see any. Going to clean out the mag again tommorow as well. Also any of you guys using a baffle oil catch can as well? Recommendations?

I bought mine here because they offered a generous warranty on their parts (tired of stuff breaking!)

Even though the page says 46050, they are indeed the brown top Supra/Lexus injectors. They are found on these applications:

93-98 Toyota Supra NON-turbo
94-97 Lexus SC300
93-94 Lexus GS300 California Emissions
93-97 Lexus GS300 Federal emissions

I had a catch can and all it was catching was water vapor. Took it off.

i have oil going into my intake and it is leaving oil residual in the throttle body so i am after a catch can again .

I'd be really interested in adding a supercharger to mine, but my assumption is that it would decrease reliability and engine life. Have people found this to be the case?

You will find that when run properly, they can be very reliable. But I think the margin for error gets smaller when you do put one on.

On the flip side, it may even prolong some other components of your rig. I know that my auto trans is much happier with a SC than without. It can now sit in one gear while going over a pass instead of constantly up and downshifting.

It works great. Toyota installed these as a dealer option at 0 miles when new. Don't listen to perfectionists who get put off not being "perfect". A stock charger only runs about 6 PSI, which cannot do anything damaging to your engine and the stock ECU adjusts decently well on its own.

^^ This was my point. People have been running these superchargers for almost 15 years, why anyone would worry about them is beyond me, this thread alone is almost 5 years old. If you're worried about something like that best to leave the truck a lone imo.

My '01 4Runner has had a supercharger since somewhere between the first 5,000 and 10,000 miles per the Toyota paperwork when I bought it. It now has 277,000 miles and the motor is not a part I am worried about.

The transmission and currently the rack and pinion are things I think about. The previous owner liked to street race the 4Runner even though it was lifted with 33" tires on it. Yeah - he was a brah. My rack and pinion is getting kind of sloppy so it needs a good replacement. But at 277k miles I cannot complain.

That's how they're designed? My 250k mile Runner has had a 1st gen SC on it since 8 miles (with zero supporting mods, just how Toyota installed it) and I've never had any issues aside from my Fiance putting 86 in it once.
