Are you having any problems with the 2.0 pulley? I'm in the same boat as you were. I have the AEM meth setup and am still running rich and fighting the ECU with the URD 2.1. I'm think that the 2.0 pulley would make it run better. If it leans out I can also change the nozzle size. Any input would be awesome.

honestly I am still running rich. between the 7th injector and toy ecm they are keeping me running rich even with the 2.0 pulley. My buddy though who is running the same pulley and just a snow meth system has got his dialed in pretty well. He claims that one of the problems is that the ecm is always throwing a lot of base timing at the problem. I need to tune my 7th injector which I have never done. So your experience may very. LOL but I do love having 12+ pounds of boost.

getting there!! picked up new front and rear driveshafts and got my new shift boots ready to go to.

all put together and ready to go in

and the new boots




my mechanic now has every thing ready to go in just need a cool evening to make it happen.

Just read your whole thread and I'm impressed! Do you happen to know what backspacing your wheels your running have? I would guess 3.5"? Also what are you running for cases in your dual case setup? I would like to find a 5-speed for my next rig and run the same setup at some point. Keep the pics coming!

honestly I don't know what my exact backspacing is but I'm pretty sure it either 3.5 or 3.75. Unfortunately MB no longer makes these wheels. As for the dual case setup, I'm running a stock mini reduction box updated with a 23 spline 2.3:1 gear ratio. Trail-Gear Taco Adapter to trans plate (the orange one) and a Trail-Gear adapter plate for the reduction box to the stock Transfer Case. Then I'm running RaDesignproduct's triple stick set up so that I don't have to modify my center console.

Keep looking for a 5speed! We are a small but proud club and would welcome you with open arms. LOL

So today I enter a rare club. 3rd gen 4Runner's with 5 speed, supercharged, dual locked and yes now dual transfer cases!! Woo hoo is done and I could not be happier with how it has turned out.

You will get here. It took me a long time and a lot of steps. The only major mod left is sas but I don't think that will come any time soon if ever

I have to say that one of the benefits of the dual cases is that I now have 2wd low and double low. Combined with the rear ARB I will get through a lot of stuff without 4x4.

Thanks, I am quickly making my 84 crawler obsolete. LOL not really I'll never get 39.5 pitbull rockers on this one. I'm using the RaDesignproducts.com triple stick. Very nice product and Awesome customer service.

Triple sticks look great. How much shaping and bending did you need to do to get them all to clear the gear shifter?

A bit. because of the taco plate adapter there is a lot of tweaking that has to be done but the outcome is totally worth it. Even had to bend the main trans shifter.
