Save the picture to your hard drive. Create a new post and attach the picture by hitting the BROWSE button.

I thought connecting to a photo host would be better. Apparently not so here are the pics attached from my harddrive

Wow they look crappy when I size them down to fit. I wonder if there is a setting on my camera to take smaller size pics.

I can't see them in your first attempts. I think it's your host. It looks like when I copy and past the URL, Internet Explorer is changing the address. It's wierd.

It's replacing the spaces with %20

dont use spaces in the filename when you upload them, replace the spaces with and underscore. that should solve your problem.

also use an image editor to downsize them or to crop them some.

edit: i took a look at your image url, and msn is using an internal encryption (bold) to mask the actual url it seems.
