I think some 4" pvc and a hand full of fittings would net you the same results and likely for half the price

Make it out of ABS pipe which is black and will absorb heat from the sun.

Haven't even installed it yet! I had to order a mounting plate to put it on my LFD cross members. Once that gets here, I'll install and get back to you.
