Dang, ok well that would make sense then cuz ya I can't find it at all. I wish there was an under floor storage tho so I could put my jumper cables and ropes in there instead of in the open side compartment in the back.

You'll hear the exterior beep twice and the interior ping once. Go outside, lock your door and then test it out. WALA! All doors will unlock. Not that it isn't already but it's so much more convenient.

Just did this and it works great. Now I don't have the wife and kids giving me stare as to why I don't unlock their doors when I open my door with the handle.
Always thought it was something the dealer had to program.
 
How bout something I thought all cars had, and my 2016 4 Runner Ltd does not: a freaking locking gas flap! Ventilated seats, but had to buy a locking gas cap with yet another key to keep track of. Come to think of it, no wheel locks either. My cheap on VW had both of these.
 
something i noticed, but having trouble pinpointing which trims and years this applies to. these 2 pics r from toyota's website. i have circled the different versions of the clock display setup. one has some of the temp/etc displayed here while others have just the clock with the other info displayed in the gauge cluster. my owners manual does not reference anything about 2 different upper display types.

1st pic: LTD with clock only
2nd pic: TRD (guessing because of the shift knob, soft-tex, and what appears to be a hint of inferno body color on the door/sideview mirror)

my research:
buddy has 2015 Trail = clock only
i have a 2015 Trail Premium = clock only
coworker has 2015 or 2016 (not sure) SR5 Premium = clock only
apparent LTD = clock only (based on this pic)
apparent TRD = multi-display - clock, temp, compass, etc. (based on this pic)

so is this a TRD only display? can anyone with a TRD confirm this? anyone with a non-TRD that has the additional info in the upper display?

I have a TRDP and only have a clock. Maybe I missed something in the setup...
 
I noticed yesterday that the bottom of the doors have about 3" or so worth of clear-bra on them. That impressed me that Toyota put some paint protection down there.
