Thinking in getting a 5th SR5 4x4

Hi folks,

I currently own a 2008 SR5 4x2 and I´m thinking -well, actually fighting with the dealership for the price of my current 4th Gen- in replacing it with a SR5 4x4.

I´ve read many threads and I have a pretty good idea overall of the model, even though that the models that are available here, are quite different from the one available in USA. For example, all 4WD models (SR5 and Limited, no Trail here) come with the Full Time 4WD, not the Part-Time.

One basic question I have: Do you guys know if the roof bars (horizontal) from the 4th gen are compatible with the longitudinal roof bars of the 5th gen?

I´ll be back with more questions depending on how the negotiation goes.

Don't we have a 5th Gen Trail owner from Chile?

I don´t think so, only SR5 and Limited models, both available in 4x2 and 4x4 trims.

he is right! In Chile the Sr5 comes in AWD Toyota - 4RUNNER

I would of bought a Sr5 if it came with the Torsion Center Diff over here
