This Normal on the T4R?

I was cleaning my windows and noticed that all 4 passenger windows will rock side to side as if they are only loosely attached to the window regulators.

Also, it looks like on both headlights I see streaks of what looks like evaporated condensation. I have HID's and drilled the back covers but everything has been sealed with waterproof silicon(as I did in all my previous cars). Looks like water may be getting from the top and dripping down the headlight lens.

This is for a 2014+ model.

The windows will have a little bit of "looseness" to them so they don't bind up when going up and down, but once its in full up position, they should be pretty tight within the window gasket. Pretty common, although I guess some manufacturers may have tighter tolerances than the 4 runner. I wouldn't worry about it.

As for the headlights being streaked, might be outgassing from the plastic around the HID's you installed (if there's any plastic), more than likely though, its the silicone you used to seal it up with. I had to clean my old KC Highlights lenses a while back from a bit of streaking after I siliconed them up tight! Took about 3 or 4 months IIRC for the haziness to show up. I was convinced it was from the silicone, as I didn't change anything else but clean with isopropyl alcohol and put a bead of silicone around the glass and every opening.

Great info, good to know about the windows as I thought it was a little too loose compared to previous vehicles.

As for the streaks go, I'll leave it until I do a full retrofit. Never thought it could be from the silicon. I installed this same HID kit in my non-xenon IS350 for over a year yet didn't experience this hazing issue.
