Thule Flat Top or Snow Cat Clearance on 5th Gen OEM Bars or Rails?

I have a 2012 SR5 with OEM crossbars and would like to add a ski rack (not a box). My local Thule dealer does not have any Flat Tops or Snowcats in stock, so I need some help with some measurements (the Thule phone tech support was a little inadequate). Has anyone installed a Thule Flat Top on a 5th Gen SR5 OEM crossbars? Is there enough room for your ski bindings (on the bottom/upside down ski) to clear the roof? How about the Thule Snowcat? Since it mounts on the side rail, does it have a little more clearance? Thanks.

I bought a new thule flattop (sliding model) and the bindings do clear the roof with skiis sandwiched together. PM me if you need any other info.
