I don't think all the new deals have been rolled out but it does look like the 4R is not going to get the 0%, at least in the Gulf States region because that has been updated on the buyatoyota.com.

That's for your market - Colorado hasn't been posted yet - though I assume it will be the same... looks like the $1000.00 in Tenn. is gone as well. Glad I'm not in a hurry. It's amazing how a thousand bucks translates to monthly payments on a lease.

My wife...who must be convinced that we are getting a "deal". It is not about what we can "afford".
This mindset is completely oblivious to our financial situation, since she thinks we need to have some ungodly amount of money in the bank in case we both lose our jobs on the same day, which will leave us unemployed for 6 years and we'll need to have enough money to pay all of our bills - including the mortgage. This layoff, apparently, will inevitably happen the day BEFORE an epic tsunami floods our neighborhood and the day AFTER she gets pregnant with quintuplets.

I will probably wait another month and see if there an incentive or lease support. It's not so much about affordability - as it is about realistic numbers.
I just saw on Edmunds where a consumer got an 2010 RX w/ a list price of $45K - with 2K out the door - and the lease payments are $510 including his sales tax @ 9.75%. Whereas a LTD 4Runner is about $100.00 bucks more a month. I know all too well about residuals, that the vehicle is new (as is the RX) and such... this simply doesn't make good sense.
I want a 4Runner... bad - and I'll probably get one... but its difficult to justify to my better half why a Toyota makes more sense than a RX, when the lease pricing is pretty much whack-a-doddle and there's not any lease support from TFC or any incentives to help.
If I wanted the SR5... yeah, no problem - unfortunately I know that I'll regret not having the navigation... sad that it all comes down to navigation and not having the cord from the lighter to the window mounted TomTom.

It must be in the gentic code. Unfortunately, you can't take them to a dealership, plug in a computer, and get the codes changed/updated.

Sounds like you have a great wife.My long time GF is like that !That's the best type woman in the world really ,when you look at the other end of the spectrum.
My GF is still driving her 97 Limited 4Runner that she bought new,14 years ago. Trying to talk her into a new Lexus GX460 , but that probably won't happen because of the remote possibility of a quake hitting Texas,followed by floods and famine of course.
Be Thankful........It's better to have a wife or GF like that then have one like my shopaholic X-wife of 10 years ago.
She was the exact polar opposite. 10 Credit cards,half of them, from companies I didn't even know existed and $60k in debt . She'd have stuff in bags with tags still on them laying around that she did'nt even remember she bought,but they were on sale.Most of our profits selling the house and land went to paying off her BS credit card debt in the divorce.

When the pictures of Haiti started coming after the earthquake, we suddenly had to go test drive everything and finally put a deposit down on a 4Runner. For a week straight she proudly proclaimed that she had bought me a new 4x4 to anyone who would listen, telling everyone about my new truck. When we woke up to the news of the earthquake in Chile... suddenly she wanted HER new truck! :wow::wow:
