Tire size for stock 4runner help!

I have a stock 2002 4runner and want to buy some tires with a little more meat! i currently have BFG A/T 30/9.5/R15 and want to move up to a BFG A/T 31/10.5/R15. i do not have a lift but i love the bigger tire look on my vehicle. will the bigger tires rub? and will they fit alright without a lift of any kind?
