Too late to use clear bra?

I was washing and waxing my black 05 Runner on Sunday and I cannot believe all of the dings that are in the plastic bumper and my hood. I have the Canadian hood protector but that is apparently not helping much. If I clean everything really well and use my touch-up paint for the hood divots, can I apply a clear bra now or will it look like crap since its already 1 1/2 years old? Thanks guys.

in hindsight I should have spent that $ on a grille, still looking for one, and a rear protector - saw one on a white 06 in a parking lot in Flushing, NY. Never seen the kind before, in addition to protecting the whole rear from scratches theres a step to piece that lets you get to the top of the roof.
