3 I know I've researched in the first week.
Can you add a 3rd row to a TE?

Great idea, though as someone who writes documentation for a living I can tell you nobody will ever read it... :hiding: Is everyone making suggestions seriously going to make 1e find the links to the relevant threads on his own?

Main two are Wheels / Tires and Suspension. I know when I was looking it was a real PIA finding info and following various threads down various rabbit holes. I think the Modifications, Write-Ups, Quick Links, and FAQ's sticky is a great start. Mr. Jesse will add additional links if you let him know but that means that we all must step up in the process.
A better way would be how they do How To Technical Articles on the FJ forum. Using Antman's oil change write up as a example, they will just take the meat of it and put a read only version in that section with a link to his build thread if any want to comment and ask questions. Of course this would take a lot of work to organize and keep updated. so maybe not doable.
Add to that the fact that subjects such as Wheels / Tires and Suspension are in many way subjective so there really is no right answer to Which Lift Should I Get?
At the end of the day I think sometimes we are our own worse enemy, me included. Instead of taking some time to search we just start a new thread instead of bumping a older one the same subject. Hell, not long ago we had two started like a week apart on the Gobi Ladder. So maybe a Sticky on HOW TO SEARCH? :eyebrows:
Another annoying thing we do is not follow up on questions asked. Again, I too am guilty - but more than not when I search for something I'm thrilled to find a thread on it that just sort of dies out without anybody posting what they learned / did, or if whatever it was turned out as they wanted.
