I was loading up the Kayaks a few weeks back and had to jump up on the rack and jump down from it. The old lady said, you need to find a better way to get down than just jumping. So I said ok. Didn't say anymore about it. I ordered my ladder and when it got here I told her I listened to her. She looked at me like really, you're using that as an excuse. Needless to say I think she likes the rack and ladder.
