toytec 1'' body lift, please help

Ok, so today I began to put on my toytec 1'' body lift and I am currently insanely confused. The original bolts that hold the body to the frame of the car vary depending on where they are located. Some have bushings, and others don't. The kit toytec gave me came with 14 bolts, and my car only needs 10. The kit also has three different size bolts and I dont know which ones go where.

If any of you have put this body lift on, please help, I am going back at it tomorrow morning and could use all the advice i can get.

So first what years 4Runner is it? Next, if I remember correct the only two bolts that were different size were the ones in the front. The rest were all the same around the body of the truck.

I have a 2002 SR5 Limited. And yes, that was my understanding as well, only the two are different sizes, so I am confused about toytec giving me three different sizes. Also, the bushing doesn't actually touch the body of the car if I use the metal cylinder that sits inside the bushing to guide the bolt. It looks very off and not safe the way toytec has it in their instructions.

Extra bolts are included as some years of 4Runners used different length bolts. We basically covered all differences by including extra bolts with the kit.

To figure out which bolts go where, compare the original bolt with a new one to find the right length.
